Return Policy â 14 Days
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
âĄïž If the item arrived broken or damaged, we do not exchange it â we issue a refund.
(This applies only if the damage occurred during shipping or is a manufacturing defect, not due to misuse.)
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
â perishable goods (food, flowers, plants),
â custom or personalized products,
â personal care items (beauty products),
â hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We also do not accept returns of:
â sale items,
â gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
âĄïž If you want a different item, return the one you have (once accepted) and place a new separate order.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
